Carpet Type: Olefin
Olefin carpeting is extremely water resistant and not as resilient as other styles making it prone to crushing/matting (traffic patterns). Olefin attracts oils very easily which can require repeated cleanings if located in a waiting room or door where a parking lot is present.
Conditions: Couple drink spills in main waiting area, overall appearance is average for age of carpet. During inspection noticed a couple areas by the reception desk where the carpet frayed and needs to be clipped.
Main office- no stains, a traffic pattern is present in the area in front of the restroom.
Solution: Detail vacuuming in corners and along edges is recommended to remove dust build up.

The purpose of a health and safety program is to establish company standards for working in client buildings, driving in company vehicles and working in company office/shop. The company has identified 12 key topics to be covered in monthly safety meetings that all employees must attend.
It is intended that this manual is a “living” document to be upgraded and added to with input from employees, owners and managers.

Employee Management:
HIRING: All applicants have criminal background checks, drug tests and are graded on customer service skills, job knowledge, motivation and personality. Only the highest rated individuals are considered for employment.
TRAINING: All new associates are trained with verbal, written technical manuals and video instruction on personnel policies including our health/ safety program prior to being placed in a new account. At the time of being placed a trainer works hand in hand with the new associate until they understand what is expected.
All associates are trained on the health/safety program once per month. We cover a different topic at our monthly Toolbox Meetings.
